Landscape Design
At Community Landscape, Inc., our designs are prepared by New York State registered and licensed landscape architect, Karen Arent. We are committed to providing you with a design that marries the architecture of your home, the site and your preferences.

Our landscape design experts understand that a good design needs time to develop and explore ideas and we will work with you to create a sense of place for your project. We take the necessary steps to ensure that our design will fit your site, including measuring grade elevations, locating site features and considering the long-term impact of the enhancements we'll be making.

Creating a new or improved landscape is going to require an investment and the overall cost for your design will vary, depending upon the scope of your project. We will work with you to identify your design components, up front and prior to installation because we know that it costs less to erase a mistake on paper than it does to change the mistake once it is on your property!

Construction
Our experienced crews at Community Landscape, Inc. will take the necessary steps to ensure your project has the proper foundation for a stable, attractive, and long lasting impact. Whether it is paver, wall installation, or planting; we make sure that the appropriate base or growing medium is properly installed.

In addition, we will continue to provide quality service and will not skimp on elements that offer sustained beauty and durability years to come. Keith DellaVecchia, our certified nursery professional, will personally review all aspects of your construction work to make sure it meets Community Landscape’s standards.

We keep our company small in order to provide the best possible end result - a landscape that matures with wondrous beauty and timeless pavements and walls that provide visual appeal years after their installation.

Maintenance
For select customers, who have had a landscape installed by Community Landscape Inc., we offer a maintenance program that will help your project continue to look its best for years to come. Please note, however, Community Landscape Inc. does not mow or care for lawns, but we will take care of shrubs, trees and perennials.

Our Staff
Karen Arent - Registered Landscape Architect has provided design services for Community Landscape clients since 1989.

Keith DellaVecchia - Certified Nursery Professional, has over 30 years of experience in the nursery and landscaping field.

Rene Herra-Lima - Project foreman, has been with the company for over 10 years.

Landscapers - All landscapers are personally trained and supervised by Keith DellaVecchia. Many have been with the firm for several years.

Donna Stahlmann - Clerical, has been with Community Landscape for over 5 years and coordinates phone messages and other paper work.
